The Employer Performance Management Program was implemented by WorkSafe to identify factors that can improve occupational health and safety performance in medium to large-scale organisations.

This research project is evaluating the effectiveness of this program in achieving its aims.

ISCRR is working with the Monash Injury research Institute to deliver the project.
