In this section, we like to show our appreciation to the wonderful work done by our passionate and talented staff at ISCRR.

Ashleigh Blair

In our May newsletter we introduced a new member to our team, Ashleigh Blair. Ashleigh is a Research Program and Operations Officer at ISCRR, working closely with the Research Program Management team. She is with ISCRR as a 6-month maternity leave replacement for Lucy Klein.

Ashleigh has holds a Bachelor of Science, Psychology (Hons) and a Graduate Diploma in Forensic Behaviour Science. She brings to ISCRR her experience gained primarily in the mental health sector.

During her short time at ISCRR, Ashleigh has shown great initiative and made a positive impact.

She has drafted ISCRR Ethical Research Guidelines. The guidelines give an overview of the ethical review and approval process for all internal ISCRR research projects, enabling ISCRR to continue to deliver high quality research.

Ashleigh has also assisted in testing and survey analysis. Presently, she is involved in Partner Satisfaction Survey analysis. The survey is vital in driving improvement and growth at ISCRR.

Additionally, Ashleigh has been instrumental in organising the quarterly Steering Committee meeting.

ISCRR is grateful for Ashleigh’s contribution.

We wish Ashleigh all the very best when her time at ISCRR concludes at the end of August.
