Allowing people’s values, beliefs and circumstances to guide how services are designed and delivered is the essence of person-centredness. A person-centred approach to case management allows people to form partnerships with their service providers, making them feel supported to participate meaningfully in decisions that impact them.

ISCRR was commissioned by WorkSafe Victoria to examine the literature to identify best practice guidelines for implementing and evaluating person-centred case management.
