On 24 October 2025, ISCRR’s Dr Sarah Oxford and Carmen Schroder conducted a workshop at our new premises on psychologically safe research for both researchers and participants.

In particular, they looked at common hazards that can occur in occupational health and safety research, and best practices through sharing ISCRR’s Conducting Safe Research Guidelines and Safe Interview Protocol.
The workshop was highly regarded by enthusiastic participants, who valued the practical guidance and open discussion on creating safer research environments.
