Dr Janine McMillan (above left) and Dr Kim Pham (above right) have commenced their roles as acting Co-Directors of ISCRR, following the departure of former Director, Samantha Barker.

Dr McMillan and Dr Pham bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, in the positions of Research Lead and Research Program and Operations Manager at ISCRR, respectively. Congratulations to them both in their new capacity as acting Co-Directors.

The ISCRR team would like to thank Samantha Barker for her commitment to ISCRR over the past 13 years, but in particular in her role as Director over the previous four years. Her commitment to ‘making ISCRR a great place to work’ was actively felt by ISCRR staff. The consistently high staff satisfaction ratings under her leadership were a testament to her promotion of a positive workplace culture.

Notably, her work and leadership has helped to improve the health and wellbeing of the Australian working population through driving the use of action-based research and insights in decision making. We wish her well on her new journey in the field of Organisational Psychology.

Monash University will commence the process to appoint a Director of ISCRR shortly.
